St. Augustine VA Clinic
Construct a Veterans Administration Health Care Clinic that included jurisdictional agency permitting with Flagler County, ACOE and SJRWMD
Orthopedic Institute
Designed and obtained jurisdictional approvals for a +/- 18,000 s.f. Orthopedic Center Medical Facility located on a 2-acre campus.
City of Ocala – First Responder’s Campus
+/- 8,700 s.f. City Fire Station and +/- 3,900 s.f. City Police Station on a +/- 1-acre site
City of Ocala – Fire Station #7
+/- 9,000 s.f. City Fire Station on a +/- 3-acre site
Marion County – Rolling Greens Fire Station #28
One-story, +/- 7,700 s.f. Marion County Fire Station on a 1-acre site
Ocala International Airport General Aviation Terminal
All civil and infrastructure design for the replacement of the existing general aviation terminal with a new +/- 18,000 s.f. Airport Aviation Terminal that included rental car facilities and provisions for a future restaurant.
Hampton Inn by Hilton, City of Ocoee
A combination of solutions enabled us to meet the requirements of various city and state agencies for this project.
Springhill Suites
Complex infill site for a 7 story, 102 room hotel that included underground stormwater treatment to meet various jurisdictional agency requirements.
Ocala Crossing Lift Stations
These four lift stations all connect to a complex manifolded force main. They were designed to accommodate today’s needs and allow seamless upgrades in the future as development increases flows and demands.
Rural King
+/- 152,000 s.f. Farm and Garden Center on +/- 19-acre campus, included jurisdictional approvals by the City of Ocala, the St. Johns River Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The project included areas for future development as potential out-parcel sites.
